The majority of our Banff trips go without incidents or problems.  Unfortunately, we have had(and continue to have)some issues in the past so we have to add these directions to our bookings.  Please read the following:

A) Vehicles(especially in peak season)may be booked in successive trips.  Therefore we allow 10 minutes loading time from the time the vehicle arrives for both pick ups on each end.  Additional charges of $25.00(cad)per 5 minutes will be charged.  If the group is not loaded after 10 minutes the vehicle may leave and you will forfeit your booking.  Be ready to go!!!  Trip is point A to point B(unless discussed and confirmed). Additional stops/destinations will be charged.

B) When you call for pick up in Banff, “Be sure” that you are ready to go.  DO NOT decide that you want to stay additional time after you’ve CALLED and the vehicle is on the way or has shown up.  Make sure that your group is together and “all” ready to go(“Oh, Misty  doesn’t want to leave yet, etc. etc”).  Additional charges will apply if this happens.  Also, DO NOT call 5, 6, 7, 8, times after you have initially CALLED for pick up.  The driver will most likely have to switch back to the larger vehicle and/or finish up any calls that he may have. Then be on the way.  Also, there is no cell reception in most parts of the highway from Canmore to Banff.  The driver will be there in within the 40 minutes from the time you CALLED and will contact you at pick up location.

**PLEASE READ!!!**
For some reason groups continually DO NOT follow this.  When you are ready for pick up in Banff you are to CALL(speaking to a human on the other end of the call!!!!).  DO NOT TEXT FOR PICK UP.  You are to CALL the person who brought you to Banff.
**Exceptions to this are if the driver that bought you to Banff is unable to pick you up, he will give your information to the driver that will pick you up.  That driver will contact you with his number.  You will then, CALL that driver.  There have been times when the group has texted and the driver did not receive the text(whether he was busy/saw it much later or didn’t get it at all).  NO TEXTING for pickups!!!!
You CANNOT change time of pick up once you have called for pick up.

C) Understanding that some people may get “over-served” if anyone gets sick inside of the vehicle a $300.00(cad)cleaning fee will be added to your quote.  Please ask driver to pull over ASAP or ask for a bag.

D) RANDOMS
Quite often a member(or members) will meet a “lucky friend” who they wish to bring back to Canmore.  Please make sure that you have located such “friend” and that they are also ready to leave with the group. *IMPORTANT*
We have no problem with this as long as the additional “friends” do not exceed the capacity of the vehicle.  Please DO NOT try to bribe the driver, “Oh, we will give you a big tip etc.” “Oh, they can sit on my lap/squeeze in etc etc.” The answer is NO.  Any extra “friends” over capacity will be your responsibility.

E) ONE WAY RETURNS FROM BANFF
If you have chosen not to pay for a round trip or have taken other company/bus etc it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to get back to Canmore.
If you have called from Banff(not prepaid) and need a ride back to Canmore a “valid” credit card or etransfer will be required before the taxi will leave Canmore to Banff(this is policy for all taxis in Canmore).
* all above conditions will apply to your pick up*
* If you leave another way and the driver shows up, be advised, **you will be charged the full amount of the one-way fare*
*Also, the one-way fare may be higher than normal fare*

Price includes tax & GST(gratuity is optional).
Payment in full is made in advance to guaranteed pick up.  Payment may be made by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, e-transfer or cash.
* beverages are allowed in vehicle!!! *  We also have AUX cord/bluetooth for your music.  Please, no Miley Cyrus, “Party in the USA”, Taylor Swift, “State of Grace is ok(just kidding).  Any questions please feel free to call me
