Three Sister’s Taxi will pick you up from wherever you are in Canmore or Banff and take you to Takakkaw Falls. After an hour the driver will then take you over to Emerald Lake for another hour. The driver will then take you back to Canmore or Banff. We recommend you bring a drink and a snack as this is a longer tour and there are few amenities in the area. There is a restaurant and canoe rentals at the Emerald Lake Lodge, if you wish to stay longer and take advantage of these it is an addition $100 per hour.
Takakkaw Falls
Pictures really don’t do it justice, Takakkaw Falls must be experienced. The short walk to the base of the falls where you can feel the mist and hear its roar is a thrill like no other. Seeing the water spewing out from high on a mountain is a spectacle of a lifetime.

Emerald Lake
Emerald Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The turquoise coloured waters sunk in amongst a mountain backdrop is a feast for the senses.
