Biking
Goat Creek is a popular trail for mountain biking (or hiking) the 18KM into Banff. From Banff there is the Legacy Trail that completes your circle and brings you back to Canmore along the highway making for a wonderful, scenic day of biking that is mostly downhill.

The only problem is getting your bikes to or from the Goat Creek Trail Head. Due to the Spray Lakes road being very steep, busy, loose gravel makes it very dangerous for bikes going up or down, that’s where we come in. Three Sister’s Taxi can provide transportation for you and your bikes to the Goat Creek Trail Head on the Spray Lakes Rd. Hwy. 742.
